How the Gauntlet Works

Run DEEM. Score ≥ 80. Attach your Lexfile ID. Enter with proof — not pitch theater.
02 — Survive
MR. ELF evaluates: MAVEN scores narrative, REX scores evidence, LEX scores constraints, FLO scores economics, ELI scores execution.
03 — Get DEEM'd
Mechanisms that pass the gauntlet earn DEEM'd status. Timestamped. Lineaged. Permanent record. Eligible for CUMI capital routing.
04 — Capital Signal
Top mechanisms get routed to CUMI for capital structuring conversations. Governance artifacts required first.
